摘要

Abstract


在当今经济全球化、市场竞争日趋激烈的时代,在新产品的开发时间逐渐缩短的同时,产品质量与性能成为企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中取胜的关键因素。

In today's globalized economy and increasingly fierce market competition, the development time of new products have been gradually reduced.So their qualities and performances are the key factors to decide whether the enterprises can win in the fierce market competition .


混凝土泵车是完成混凝土输送、布料、摊铺及浇筑入模的最佳机械,在当今中国大规模的现代化建设中发挥着重要作用,是现代建筑企业中不可缺少的建筑机械。

The truck-mounted concrete pump is playing an important role in the large-scale modernization of today's China,as it is the best machinery of concrete delivering,placing,spreading and pouring.


混凝土泵车具有的安全、节能环保、高效的优势,为混凝土泵车的发展提供了广阔的市场空间。

The truck-mounted concrete pump has advantages of safety, energy saving, high-efficience.All the above provide a broad market space for the development of concrete pumps.


随着机械产品智能化和节能化发展,泵车臂架折叠伸展的自动化,工作时的能耗节能是泵车发展的必然趋势。

With the development of the intelligent and energy-saving machinery and the automatically folding and streching of the boom , energy saving is the development trend of pumps.


本论文对泵车臂架进行建模、装配,然后将整个模型导入到多体动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS中,建立虚拟样机模型。

This paper falls into three parts.Firstly,it focuses on modeling and assembling the boom and then imports the whole model into multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS (Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems) to create a virtual prototype model.


对泵车浇筑点建立数学模型,进行泵车任意姿态控制的运动学仿真分析,对泵车臂架液压缸受力进行动力学仿真分析,研究泵车折叠伸展运动的自动控制与动力能耗节能。

Secondly,it focuses on setting up a mathematical model of pouring points to analyse the any attitude control kinematic simulation analysis.Finally,it analyses the hydraulic cylinder force of the boom with the dynamics simulation analysis to study autocontrol and energy saving of the folding and unfolding of the boom.


将虚拟样机技术引入到泵车的自动化设计和动力分析领域,提高产品的设计效率和设计质量,从而缩短产品开发周期,节约开发成本。

Importing the virtual prototyping technology into the pump design and dynamic analysis can improve the effiency and quality of the product design.Also it can shorten the product development cycles and reduce the development costs.


于改进原有产品的设计,或进行新产品的开发研制很有实用意义。

So it has utility value in improving the original product design and new products' research and development.
