I serve the passengers
Once a time I heard a man politely asked a woman in front of him at the crowded door in the bus:"Are you getting off?" The woman ignored him. " Are you getting off?" He asked again but the woman also ignored him.
"Getting off?" He lost his patience, aske loudly. But the woman still had no response. "Are you the deaf or the dummy?" He was anxioused and poke the woman. The woman might be anxioused and she stare the man, poke him too.
At sight of this, I suddenly thought there is a welfare plant by NO.60 Bus route, this female passenger might be a deaf-mute who can listen anything. I immediately explained to the male passenger, and writer some word down the scrip, then lift it front the eyes of the woman: " Excuse me ! He want to get off. He asks you for many times and whether you doesn't hear him or not?" The woman nodded and make way for the man.
Since then, I was pay more attention to the characteristic of the deaf-mute, and learn some common sign language from them. In this way, not only I can serve them better, communite feelings with them, but also I helped to reduce the misunderstand and dispute from the deaf-mute with other passengers.
