News of the Price War between Suning & 360 buy is updated quickly.
This is the picture appeared in Google when you type "苏宁 " . It's obvious that media person & common people pay great attention to the Price War.
The War begun on August 14th with news posted by Liuqiangdong, 360buy's CEO. He said that his company, 360buy.com, would give benefits to customers on the home appliance categories with company 0 profits.
Libin, Suning's VP, replied that products of Suning will be surely lower than that of 360buy. Should that somebody found Suning's price is little bit higher than 360buy, Suning will compensate twice of the gaps and change their prices as soon as possible.
One ask, and the other answer. Hence a price war was started.
Many people think that this is good for customers, because no matter which company's price is lower, customers can buy with less money.
But I don't think so.
Firstly, there are more factors to indentify a good B2C company besides prices. Delivery, and after-sale services are also important. So price doesn't equal to all.
Secondly, It's not a good thing should one of them fall apart due to this war. The left one may monopolize the market.
