这篇我翻得太崩溃啦,尤其是我的英语水平。。。。求各位大神给指点啊给指点


随着世界经济一体化的发展,国际经贸环境发生着巨大变化,我国贸易企业正面临着更加激烈市场竞争和更为复杂的市场环境!如何才能在严峻的大环境下得以发展得以生存,一方面需要提升业务的发展,另一方面需要提升企业内部的管理水平。人力资源管理作为企业管理重要的组成部分,越来越受到企业管理者们的重视。绩效考核作为人力资源管理中的核心和重要组成部分,对企业实现战略目标,提升企业的竞争力发挥着重要的作用。当下,如何建立或是完善本企业的绩效考核体系,如何更加客观,更加公正,更加准确的考核员工的绩效成果是企业绩效考核工作中的重点,也是实现企业战略目标的关键工作。

本文以JX公司为研究对象,针对目前公司员工绩效考核中出现的问题,旨在完善目前现有的员工绩效考核体系,提升公司人力资源管理水平。本文首先阐述了研究背景和意义,介绍了绩效考核相关理论,指出了绩效考核的概念,目的,内容,实施流程以及考核的常用方法,介绍了绩效考核的发展趋势。其次,通过对JX公司基本情况、人力资源状况及绩效考核现状的调研,结合绩效考核相关理论,分析了JX公司在员工绩效考核中存在的主要问题和问题产生的原因。同时,结合企业实际,采用比较分析法和综合分析法等方法,在对JX公司原有员工绩效考核进行工作分析的基础上,改进并完善了JX公司的员工绩效考核体系,重点运用平衡计分卡、关键绩效指标法等成熟的考核工具。最后,从实施中可能出现的问题和应处理好的关系等方面,对新的员工绩效考核体系在公司的实施提出了一些建议。
该员工绩效考核体系的提出,在改进了JX公司原有的员工绩效考核工作,引导和促进员工职业发展,提升企业人力资源管理水平的提高等内容上都具有一定的意义和参考价值。同时,希望本文的写作对我国企业,尤其是外贸企业的绩效考核工作,提供更为贴近实际的、可行的经验。

With the development of the world economy, international economic environment is undergoing tremendous changes. China's trade enterprises are facing more intense competition and more complex environment. How can be developed and survived in such a tough environment? The answer is to enhance the development of business, as well as to improve internal management. As an important part of enterprise management, Human Resource Management is getting more and more attention from enterprise managers. Performance appraisal, as the core of human resource management, plays an important role in achieving strategic objectives and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Nowadays, how to establish or improve the performance appraisal system, how to be more objective and fairer, and how to value staff performance more accurately, is not only the focus in performance appraisal, but also the key to achieve the corporate strategic objective.

This paper takes JX Company as the research object. To problems in the current staff performance appraisal, this paper is aimed at improving the human resource management through strengthening performance appraisal system. This paper first describes the background and significance, introduces performance appraisal theory, as well as pointing out the concept of performance appraisal, purpose, content, process and assessment methods commonly implemented, introduces the development trend of performance appraisal. Secondly, based on the research of JX’s situation, status of human resources and performance appraisal, combined with performance appraisal theory, this paper analyzes the major issues and problems existed in JX’s performance appraisal generated. Meanwhile, combined with the actual, based on the analysis of JX’s current employee performance appraisal using comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis etc., this paper improves JX’s employee performance appraisal system. In this paper, sophisticated assessment tools such as balanced scorecard cards, key performance indicators, are used as main methods. Finally, from aspects in problems may be raised and should be dealt with in the implementation issues, some suggestions for new system implement are given in this paper.

To some extent, the raise of this performance appraisals system has significance and reference value in improving JX's current staff performance assessment, guiding and promoting career development of staff, as well as improving human resource management. Meanwhile, we hope this article can provide more practical and feasible experience for performance appraisals on state-owned enterprises, especially in foreign trade enterprise.
