你肯定以前也听过这样的建议,但是记住它很有益处,简单的飞行放松技巧大有裨益。呼气有助于激活副交感神经系统,它是大脑的一部分,可以加快心率。

You must have heard such advice before. But please do remember it is benefit as the simple relaxation skills during flight would help you a lot. Expiration contributes to activating the parasympathetic nervous system which is one part of our brain and could help speed up our heart rate.

Experts think having some fun is truly important for putting the mood aside. Books, magazines, ipad, videos games and anything likes that do help. Experts even recommend you to take your pet onboard as it at least makes you less anxious. Moreover, it can be realized because some airports including the Los Angeles International Airport, Maimi International Airport and San Jose International Airport will provide the medical dogs to calm your emotion down before you take off.

There are a lot of APP in the market which help train and calm your mood. Take SOAR program for example, it provides the free App which could monitor the fluctuation of your mood by doing relaxation excise and building gravimeter. The other useful tool is the researched Valk Hight App that could be suitable to Iphone and Android system. This App could tell you the real-time conditions of your flight and also has a panic button which would send the professional emergency message. The Virgin Atlantic even installs the audio channel of the No Fear of Flying in its entertainment system.

抓紧时间上飞机

Get onboard as quickly as possible.

但最重要的是,不要让恐惧阻碍你乘坐飞机。建议确保飞机很快起飞,搭机空挡时间越久,你就会越恐惧。

Above all, do not let your fear stop you from getting onboard. Make sure the plane would take off as soon as possible. The longer you wait, the More scared you will feel.
