5 Things For Sunburns 对付晒伤的五个小妙招


It happens to the best of us: You spend a day in the sun, forget to re-apply your sunscreen after a dip in the water and wind up with a burn. Here are 5 things to help you treat and soothe that sunburn.

我们都会碰到这样的情况:在外狂晒一天,忘记反复擦防晒霜,结果以晒伤告终。现在分享5个小妙

Vinegar
You can cool a bad sunburn by dabbing the area with a cotton ball or soft cloth saturated with white or cider vinegar. This will be especially helpful if it's applied before the burn starts to sting.
醋  用棉球或者柔软的布浸透白醋或苹果醋,在晒伤区域轻轻涂抹,可以缓解严重的晒伤。如果在晒伤部位变得刺痛前用此招可获得意外效果哦。

Mayonnaise
To treat dry, sunburned skin, slather mayonnaise liberally over the affected area. The mayo will relieve the pain and moisturize the skin.
美乃滋(蛋黄酱)
对付已晒黑干燥的肌肤,可以在晒伤部位涂上厚厚的蛋黄酱。蛋黄酱可以缓解肌肤的疼痛和干燥。

Tea Bag
Wet a few tea bags and apply to the damaged skin to take out the sting. If the sunburn is all over your body, run a bath and put some teabags in the bathwater to soak your whole body in the tub.
茶叶包
用湿润的茶叶包放在手上皮肤上可以祛除晒伤后的疼痛感。若全身都晒伤了,那就洗个澡吧,在洗澡水中放一些茶叶包,然后痛快的将自己“浸入”吧!

Yogurt
For quick, temporary relief of a mild sunburn, apply cold, plain yogurt. The yogurt adds much needed moisture and the coolness will also soothe your skin. 
酸奶
冷藏的原味酸奶可以快速,临时解救轻微晒伤的肌肤。酸奶可提供丰富的水分,同时酸奶的凉爽可以缓和肌肤。

Baking Soda
For quick relief, soak gauze pads or large cotton balls in a solution of 4 tablespoons of baking soda mixed in 1 cup of water and apply it to the affected areas. If the sunburn is on your torso or legs, take a lukewarm bath with a half to full box of baking soda and add it to the running water.  
小苏打
快速缓解晒伤:将纱布或者大号的棉球在4茶匙的小苏打与1杯水混合的溶液中浸透,将其敷在晒伤区域。如果是四肢或者腿部晒伤,那就洗个温水澡吧,记得在水中加入半盒或者一盒小苏打哦!
