After the end of abstract translation, I want to say something about this article.This is a foreign paper that I seclect which is related to my graduation design.I hope that we can get better during the progress.Here we go!


I.INTRODUCTION

1 引言


Photovoltaic (PV) generation, as one of renewable energy generation, will play an importance role to solve the energy shortage and environment problem in the future. Electricity produced by PV systems has been increasing worldwide due to its more progressive insertion into governmental policies aiming to find more renewable energy sources [1-4]. Under the support of Chinese government, PV energy market has grown rapidly. There are many grid-connected PV systems installed in China in recent years.

光伏(PV)发电,作为一种可再生能源发电,将在未来解决能源短缺和环境问题上发挥重要的作用。由于其能响应政府寻找更多的可再生能源的宗旨,使得光伏发电能够在世界范围内广泛应用[ 1-4 ]。在中国政府的支持下,光伏能源市场增长迅速(发展迅猛,近年来有许多的光伏并网发电系统在中国成功安装。


 However, how to evaluate the performance and quality of grid-connected PV systems has become important problem for the continuing development of the PV industry. For component manufacturers, performance and quality evaluations are benchmarks of quality for their products. For research and development teams, they are a key method for helping to an optimum design. For systems integrators and end customers, they are vital tools for evaluating products and product quality to guide future decision-making [5]. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to develop a monitoring and test system to collect and process the meteorological parameters and electrical parameters for evaluating the performance and quality of gridconnected photovoltaic systems. 

然而,如何评价并网光伏发电系统的性能(和)质量已成为光伏并网产业持续发展的重要问题。对于元件制造商来说,性能和质量的评估是检验他们产品质量的标准。对研究和开发团队来说,这些性能评估也是帮助优化设计的一个关键地方。对系统集成商和最终用户来说,它们是指导未来决策评估产品和产品质量的重要工具。[ 5 ]为了解决这个问题,有必要建立一个光伏并网监测系统,通过采集处理气象参数和电参数来评估系统的的性能质量。


In this paper, a performance monitoring and test system for measuring meteorological parameters and electrical parameters is proposed. The aim of this research is to develop an on-site test platform to collect the data and evaluate the performance of the grid-connected PV system. 

在本文中,提出了一种可以测量气象参数和电参数性能的监测系统。本研究的目的就是开发一个现场测试平台,从而能够采集数据并评估光伏并网发电系统的性能。
