连年就业难的冷思考:结构性就业尴尬何解?

Unemployment in College Students: How to Solve the Problem of “Structural Employment”

编者按:

又是一年就业季。这个夏天,人数创历史新高的727万大学毕业生,再度让“就业难”成为中国社会的热话题。

Employment season. The number, 7,27 million of college grads, hit a new record in history. “Employment difficulty” has stirred up a new wave of discussion inChina.

面对牵动中国数百万家庭的大学生就业问题,当媒体多冠以“史上最难”或“更难”来形容就业形势之际,纠缠中国多年的大学生就业难其实更需要洞悉症结的冷思考。

Instead of the moaning of “the most difficult situation in history” or “more” to the current employment situation that among many media and presses, answer the question why “employment difficulty” haunted college grads so many years is necessarily needed.

一边是大学生“怀才不遇”,找不到工作;另一边则是一些企业“求贤若渴”却找不到合适的人才。“就业难”与“用工荒”的并存,凸显着谋求经济转型的中国正经历结构性的就业矛盾。

On the one hand, many college students have already prepared for a job, but there is no job offer to them; on the other hand, enterprises are ready to employ talents, but few of the applicants proper to their requirement. “Labor shortage” exists with unemployment indicatedChina’s structural employment problem in the economic transition period.

一边是大学生进入就业岗位后抱怨“学非所用”的尴尬,另一边则是一些大高校不顾自身定位和市场需求盲目设置专业、开设课程。大学如何对接社会,培养“适销对路”的大学生,拷问着中国高等教育改革的步伐。

With the embarrassment of college students who complain about their jobs are not relevant to their professions, many higher educational institutions are still launching professions and lessons blindly without considering about proper self-position and market requirement. How higher educational institutions could cultivate students who can meet the need of market and society has becoming an crucial asking to the reform of Chinese higher education system.

一边是国家三令五申要求营造公平的就业环境,另一边则是一些用人单位在户籍、性别、年龄等方面设置五花八门的就业门槛。年年批驳却年年凸显的就业歧视,似乎成了就业季里驱之不散的阴霾。

Although the country’s administration has been always calling for an equal employment environment, the thresholds for employees vary from census register sex and age set by employers have become a new barrier before college students. Employment discrimination, which has been blamed for years, is still an outstanding problem in facing this severe unemployment season.

如今,“金三银四”的招聘高峰时段已过,手捧简历的毕业生们正在漫漫求职路上做着最后的冲刺。

The employment rush hour, which is called “Golden March and April”, has passed, while college grads are still holding their resumes and struggling for finding jobs.
