The simple unconscious application of finger-pointing will not only slow reading speed, but also lead our attention to wrong direction. An high efficiency reader won’t notice the position of word, nor spend average time on each word. On the contrary, he will pay highly attention on the main ideal that the author want to illuminate. The manner of finger-pointing actually hinder the eyes movement, and limit the rapid action ability of brain. Therefore, the bad reading habit should be conquered. He or she should develop into the ability of reflect text message instant by brain.

Double vision means repeat reading back after reading a sentence or a paragraph. The students of poor reading ability always excessive rely on double vision which became a habit. To read a number of difficulty control materials can alter the bad habit. In this way, the students won’t come back to read because of unknown words, phrases, sentences or paragraphs and even develop double vision habit.

The motion of the head
Move one’s head from side to side subconsciously when reading is another bad reading habit. Some people tend to make their tip of nose on every word that he is reading during reading. Hence, when he read down the words, he will swing his head slightly. When he read the next line through the head, he will soon turn back to make his tip of nose on the left side of page. Students may not realize the the motion of the head. However, it is this kind of unnecessary action limit reading speed. Therefore, to develop moving only line of habit when reading can overcome the drawback.
