Figure out what you can do to change things so the problem dosen’t present itself in the future.

找出你能够改变的以便上这个问题在未来不再存在。

Often,this involves changing the way you ommunicate and operate in your daily life.

经常,这涉及到你在日常生活中交流和行动的方式。

Express your feelings instead of bottling them up.

表达你的感受而不是忍气吞声。

If something or someone is bothering you,communicate your oncerns in an open and respectfulway.

如果某件事或者某个人烦扰到你,交流你在乎的,用一种开放的尊重的方式。

If you don’t voice your feelings,resentment will build and the situation will likely remain the same.

如果你不说出你的感觉,就会产生怨恨,而情况可能依然如故。

Be more assertive.

更加自信点。

Don’t take a backseat in your own life.

别坐在你自己人生课堂的后排。

Deal with problems head on,doing your best to anticipate and prevent them.

处理首要的问题,并且做到最好去预测并阻止它们的发生。

If you’ve got an exam to study for and your chatty roommate just got home,say up front
that you only have five minutes to talk.

如果你要考前复习,而你话痨的室友正好回来了,那就对他说出来,自己只有五分钟的时间闲聊。


Manage your time better.

更好的管理时间。

Poor time management can cause a lot of stress,and it’s hard to stay calm and focused.

差劲的时间管理会导致一些压力,并且让人难以保持平静与集中。

But if you can ahead and make sure you don’t overextend yourself,you can alter the amount of stress you’re under.

但是如果你事先计划并且确保你没有过分扩展自己,你就能改变处于其中的压力的分量。
