4.接受不能改变的。

Some sources of stress are unavoidable.

一些压力无可避免。

You can’t prevent or change stressors such as the death of a loved one,or a national recession.

你不能阻止或改变施压者例如爱的人去世,或者中国的经济衰退。

In such cases,the best way to cope with stress is to accept things as they are.you can control such as the way you choose to react to problems.

在这些例子中,应对压力最好的办法就是按照事情原本的样子去接受。

Acceptance may be difficult,but in the long run,it's easier than railing against a situation you can't change.

接受可能很困难,但是就长远来说,比你反对一个你改变不了的情形要容易。

Don't try to control the uncontrollable.

Many things in life are beyond our control.

生命中的很多事情都超出了我们的控制。

Rather than stressing out over them,focus on the things you can control such as the way you choose to react to problems.

与其被它们弄得压力重重,不如着眼于能够控制的事情例如你应对问题所选择的方式.

Look for the upside.When facing major challenges,try to look at them as opportunities for personal growth.

看事物的反面,当面对着大的挑战,试着把它们当作个人成长的机会。

If your own poor choices contributed to a stressful situation,reflect on them and learn from your mistakes.如果你可怜的选择导致了压力出现,反思并从错误中学习。
Share your feelings.

分享你的感受。

Talk to a trusted friend or make an appointment with a therapist.

与信赖的朋友聊天或预约治疗师.

Expressing what you’re going through can be very cathartic,even if there’s nothing you can do to alter the stressful situations.

Learn to forgive.Accept the fact that we live in an imperfect world and that people make mistakes.Let go of anger and resentments.
