短对话之重点短语和句型理解题

在四级考试中,考察过——

981月:第2be tired of, 5pick up

986月:第1mistake for, tell them apart,第2be worth doing,第4be booked up,7we havent seen the worst of it yet,8out of print

以上等的考题,考生朋友们觉得每一个词都听懂了,但是答案出不来,有的时候有的话实在听不出什么意思但又不能猜字面意思。比如考到的out of the way等的生僻含义。另外,四级有的时候还会考察一些如wish或虚拟语气引导的题目。

目的:短对话之重点短语和句型理解题

题目:还是请大家刷题目,此类题目并不是每年都有,但属于经常出现的题目。如以上列出的题目。

时间:一小时左右。

As is known to all, the organization and management of wages and salaries are very complex. Generally speaking, the Accounts Department is __1__ for calculations of pay, while the Personnel Department is interested in discussions with the employees about pay.

 今天的练习主要是真题的小短文的训练.本次的三道题做得如何呢?

大家在做题时总会发现全都是she或者he开头的题目,这类题目大部分属于人物意图及推断题。这类题被认为是短对话里最容易出现理解偏差或者叫做“跑偏”的题目。同时这些题目也占据着大部分的短对话题目。

这类题目的解题通常要结合对语义的理解,在此基础上,同义替换无处不在,比如原文说的是convert,选项答案出现的是turn into,原文说的meet each other half way,选项替换的是compromise等。除了同义替换外,听出言外之意和语气也是这类题的一个特色。另外,对于这类题目,一般是第二个人说的话更重要,而当这个人说的话恰好有butwell等和so等及最高级等的词时,答案通常就跟出来了。

有的人物意图题反复出现的出题套路也是很经典的,比如说——
